We understand that there may be instances where you need to request a refund. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be considered.

Refund Eligibility:

  1. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
  2. The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  3. The digital product must remain inactivated and unused.
  4. A valid reason for the refund request must be provided, such as technical issues with the product, incorrect product delivery, or an unintentional purchase.

Non-refundable Items:

Please note that certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  1. Activated or used digital products.
  2. Products purchased during promotional events or with discount codes.
  3. Products acquired as part of a bundle or package deal.

Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns:

Our policy for digital items lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For digital items such a license keys, the keys must be unused. We do not accept returns due to compatibility issues. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that their system is compatible with their computer system.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellation of digital downloads once the product key has been activated or attempted to be activated on Microsoft Online

Replacements (if applicable)
